IMPORTANT Advisory as of 29 JAN 2021

• The Embassy informs the public that it is considering current restrictions on travel and public events and will soon make an announcement on the schedule of 2021 Mobile Passport Missions to Darwin, Brisbane and Perth. The health and safety of the passport applicants and everyone involved in the mission is the primary consideration of the Embassy.
  
  
• The schedules of Passport Missions are subject to change at any point in time due to new COVID-19 restrictions that may be imposed. We appreciate the public’s understanding.
  
  
• The Mobile Passport Mission to Adelaide will be facilitated by the Philippine Consulate General in Melbourne. For queries on this mission, please contact the Consulate General through melbourne.pcg@dfa.gov.ph
  
  
• Filipinos with passport validity of less than six months or whose passports have expired can apply for passport renewal at the Philippine Embassy in Canberra, the Philippine Consulate General in Sydney or the Philippine Consulate General in Melbourne if travel regulations allow.
  
  
• For those who cannot travel due to the COVID restrictions and have passports expiring in less than one month, they are advised to contact the Embassy (passport@philembassy.org.au) or the nearest Philippine Consulate at least 2 weeks before the passports expire to inquire on the process of extending passport validity.
  
  
• The public is advised to constantly monitor the Embassy website on developments as regards the conduct of mobile passport missions.
